Standard delivery fee is $5.95 Rural Delivery $10.95, wholesale customers log in for your freight rates.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.
No refund of postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

Goods that are approved for return by our Head Office must be in an un-used condition and in original packaging for goods to be accepted on return.
Colour dipped candles, an exact match is not guaranteed. A sample candle of chosen colour can be arranged before ordering, there are NO returns as candles are dipped to order.
Shipments that arrive and there is visible damage to the outside packaging must be reported to the driver at the time of drop off, then call head office and we will follow up with our courier provider.
